Description
        HISIL Transparent Waterproof Glue is a one-component, water-emulsified sealing material formulated with acrylic polymers. It cures by water evaporation and film formation (physically curing, no solvent volatilization of toxic organic compounds) to form a flexible, elastic sealant. It is eco-friendly. It is suitable for Interior and Exterior wall, tiles, marble, granite, cement-based, etc. with excellent waterproof performance

Construction Method
1.  Waterproof exterior wall porcelain tiles: the base surface is thoroughly cleaned, dried, oil-free and dust-free, cracks are repaired to eliminate the honeycomb surface, and the hand-brushed or high-pressure mist spraying is used to soak and fully cover.

2.  Cement-based concrete: swimming pools and foundation surfaces should be dense, firm and dry. For uneven and cracks, it is necessary to scrape the waterproof putty. Generally, it can be painted 2-3 times, and when brushing, it is necessary to pay attention to the previous coating after it is dry and non-sticky, and then apply it again, and the direction of painting should be crisscrossed. The interval between each layer shall be subject to the dry and non-stick of the previous layer of coating film, and the maximum coating interval shall not exceed 36 hours. The seams of the material can be applied directly. In case of rainy and humid environment, it is not suitable for construction.

3.  After the construction of the waterproof layer is completed, all parts of the whole project should be carefully inspected, especially the gaps of the exterior wall tiles should be carefully checked, and the coating should not have missing brushes, delamination, warping, cracks and other phenomena. If a problem is found, the cause should be identified and repaired in time.

Transport
       Keep away the sealed product from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.

Shelf life & Storage
      12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between 0ºC and 30ºC.
