Description
         HISIL Modified Epoxy Anchoring Adhesive is a two-component packaging that automatically mixes through a mixer. It can be used in construction operations in humid and water-carrying environments. It is commonly used for anchoring steel reinforcement in concrete, wood, and granite. It offers the characteristics of a long working time, quick load-bearing, seismic resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and no creep. It is odorless and non-toxic.

Construction Method
1.Drilling: Drill holes according to the dimensions specified in the design drawings.
2.Hole Cleaning: Adopt the two-blow and one-brush method: after drilling, use a hair dryer to blow away dust inside the holes; then use a special brush to remove loose concrete on the hole walls; finally, blow the holes again with the hair dryer until they are clean and dry for subsequent use.
3.Glue Injection: Attach the glue injection nozzle (mixer) to the adhesive bottle. Check that the nozzle must be equipped with a spiral tube-discard it if not. Never remove the spiral tube from the nozzle on-site.
Mount the adhesive bottle onto a special glue gun and extrude the adhesive evenly. Discard the adhesive extruded in the first three trigger pulls. Insert the nozzle to the bottom of the hole, and slowly pull it upward while injecting glue. The standard glue injection volume should be 2/3 of the hole volume. Replace the injection nozzle with a new one when using a new adhesive bottle. For unused adhesive, remove the nozzle, wipe the glue outlet clean, and tighten the cap for reuse next time.
4.Rebar Planting: After glue injection, slowly insert the deformed steel bar or threaded rod into the hole bottom in a clockwise direction. A slight overflow of adhesive is desirable; wipe off the excess overflowed adhesive.
5.Curing: Allow the anchoring adhesive to cure naturally at rest. Refer to the 360S curing time table for the curing duration based on temperature. Do not rotate or strike the threaded rod during the curing period.

 2.Industrial settings: Mounting heavy machinery (e.g., pumps, generators) to concrete floors, or fixing conveyor system supports to factory walls.
 3.Infrastructure & outdoor use: Installing traffic signal poles, street light bases, or billboards to concrete sidewalks; repairing or reinforcing old concrete structures (e.g., bridges, tunnels).
 4.Residential/DIY: Securing heavy shelving, TV mounts, or safety rails to concrete walls (for high-weight or safety-critical applications).

Shelf Life & Storage
       18 months. Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse.Keep away from ignition sources and heat. The temperature in the warehouse should not exceed 50ºC. Prevent direct sunlight. Keep containers sealed.
